Collaboration in Personal Dosimetry:

Since 2003 MedicalConsult has been partner and the exclusive representative of the Health Protection Agency (a technical and scientific body established by the British Government, internationally recognized in the field of Radiation Protection and in particular, PersonalDosimetry for Portugal); this is a partnership of international importance, that recognizes MedicalConsult's quality practices in Personal Dosimetry.

 

  

Collaboration in the fields of Radiological Protection and Quality Control of Equipments:

KCare, an institution of the prestigious King's College London, has been a partner of MedicalConsult since 2000 in the field of Radiological Protection including Quality Control in Radiology. This partnership began with a general audit in 2000 to the entire Radiology sector of Hospital CUF Infante Santo, having developed ever since.

MedicalConsult accurately follows the procedures supported and accepted by King's College / KCare; therefore our licenses are generally issued in partnership with this internationally renowned British institution (KCare is accredited according to ISO 13485 standard).

Considering that KCare is a development and training institution, integrated in the English reference network at the level of quality control in radiology and radiation protection, the partnership with MedicalConsult (KCare's representative in Portugal) guarantees our customers the most rigorous enforcement of the highest quality requirements in the fields of Radiation Protection and Quality Control.

 

Scientific Collaboration in the areas of Radiation Protection and Personal Dosimetry :

MedicalConsult is an official partner of The Royal Marsden, an internationally renowned care center specializing in the diagnosis, treatment and cancer research. This partnership allows MedicalConsult to  continously be on the forefront in the areas where it operates.

 

Scientific Collaboration in Personal Dosimetry:

MedicalConsult is one of the official partners of EURADOS - European Radiation Dosimetry Group - a non profit association that promotes research and development at European level in the field of dosimetry of ionizing radiation. This is a network that includes more than 50 institutions, universities and companies working in this sector, holding meetings, workshops and conferences of reference and international recognition.
